1. Introduction

Curva ("we", "us", "our") provides a fitness app for women. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Curva you agree to this policy.

2. Information we collect

  • Account info: name, email, phone number when you sign up.
  • Fitness data: workouts, body measurements, photos and meals you log.
  • Usage data: device type, app version, crash logs and basic analytics.
  • Payment info: processed by Apple / Stripe. We never store full card numbers.

3. How we use your information

  • To provide and personalise your workouts and tracking.
  • To process payments and manage your subscription.
  • To send you transactional emails (account, receipts, support).
  • To improve the app, fix bugs and develop new features.
  • To send marketing emails only if you opt in — you can unsubscribe anytime.

4. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers needed to run Curva (hosting, payments, analytics, email) and where required by law.

5. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion anytime by emailing hello@curva.app and we'll remove your account and data within 30 days.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (UK / EU / California), you have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security (encryption in transit, secure cloud infrastructure, access controls). No system is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your information.

8. Children

Curva is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. If changes are significant we'll notify you in-app or by email.
