Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, accessing or using Curva ("the app", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Curva. By using the app you confirm you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity on your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Free trial and subscription

• Curva starts with a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial.
• After the 3 days, your subscription begins automatically and you will be billed at the price shown in-app at sign-up.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel anytime through your Apple ID or Stripe billing portal. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
• Promotional pricing (e.g. launch offers) applies as described at the time of purchase.

5. Health disclaimer

Curva provides fitness and wellness content for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise or nutrition programme. You use the app at your own risk.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app — including reverse-engineering it, sharing your account, uploading harmful content, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

All content in Curva — workouts, designs, branding, code — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You're granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for its intended purpose.

8. User content

You retain ownership of any content you upload (photos, measurements, notes). By uploading it, you grant us a licence to store and display it back to you as part of providing the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curva is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are significant we'll notify you in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
